Introduction to power plant boiler dust collector：

1.The dust collector is equipped with an air distribution system and a filter bag fixing frame,which effectively distributes the dust-containing gas entering the dust collector to each filter bag evenly.The use of the filter bag fixing frame effectively prevents the collision and friction between the filter bags during the cleaning process,which is beneficial to extend the service life of the filter bags.

2.The lower air intake is used to pre-collect the dust-containing gas,avoid the dust-containing gas directly scouring the bag,reduce the dust concentration of the dust-containing gas,and extend the life of the filter bag and the pulse solenoid valve.

3.The upper bag extraction method is adopted.When changing the bag,the top cover door is opened.The bag can be changed after the skeleton is pulled out.The actual effect is the main bag changing operation condition.

4.The cleaning spray pipe adopts an extended type to keep the pulse solenoid valve away from the high-temperature flue gas and avoid the pulse solenoid valve valve plate from being damaged by high temperature.

5.The filter bag skeleton adopts a round shape,which reduces the friction between the filter bag and the skeleton,extends the life of the filter bag,and facilitates bag unloading.

6.An inspection door is installed on the top of the dust collector for inspection and bag replacement(dust collector maintenance,inspection and bag replacement can be performed outside the machine without entering the dust collector).A filter bag leak detection device composed of a differential pressure gauge is installed in the clean air chamber to provide a timely warning when the filter bag is damaged.

7.The dust collector is equipped with a silo wall vibrator clearing device,which can effectively break the arch and protect the smooth unloading of the dust hopper of the dust collector.

8.The dust collector is equipped with an insulation layer and a top rain shelter to prevent condensation under environmental conditions and protect the top device of the dust collector.
